No Less Loved


As people prepared to return to the office after the Covid-19 lockdown, many 'pandemic pets' were at very real risk of being sold online or handed off to family and friends. To avert crisis, Battersea needed to let pet owners know that if their circumstances changed, they would be there to care for and re-home their beloved dog or cat.
Brits are well-known for loving their pets as much as (and sometimes more than) a human family member. We used this insight toreframe the act of giving a pet to Battersea as the ultimate act of care - helping to ease their guilt and lessen the stigma of giving up their family pet.
