They wanted an explainy-but-engaging content series that would explain their heritage and craft – with a generous glug of humour added in for good measure.

If anyone knows how to do explainy-but-funny, it’s Wes Anderson. So I drew on his distinctive storytelling style to script three quirky, meta-fictional content films, styled as different ‘chapters’ of a bigger Greenall’s story. Each one featured real staff in their distillery, with gin-related exposition delivered by by a perfectly deadpan, northern narrator. Nice one, lad.
